How this Healing Happens
This is not therapy. Not coaching. Not meditation instruction in the traditional sense.
The orientation here is always toward direct recognition — not talking about awareness, but meeting it, right now, in the middle of whatever is happening and in that re-cognition we shine the Healing light of Awareness on whatever is happening in your experience.
We begin with what is alive for you. From there, the session follows the natural movement of awareness itself — through inquiry, through silence, through whatever arises. Thoughts, emotions, confusion, history: nothing is excluded. Everything is met as it is, within the open space of timeless awareness.
Over time — and often within a single session — something begins to shift. Not because something was removed or corrected, but because what was always already present is recognised. Negative mind states tend to lose their grip. A quiet flourishing becomes possible.
